New Hours Due to COVID-19

To Our Valued Patients and Customers,

We hope that good health remains with you and your family during these times. While many things have changed, one thing remains the same: our commitment to you, your health, and your safety.

To ensure your safety, appointments are required for the purchase of new eyeglasses at this time.  This allows for appropriate social distancing and adequate time to sanitize frames and work stations for the next patient.  Please call to book an appointment.  Repairs, servicing and adjustments are still welcome on a walk-in basis.

For the month of September, our revised hours at both locations are as follows:

Monday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Tuesday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Thursday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED

Please note that we will be closed daily from 12:00PM – 1:00PM for lunch.

You may notice some changes to our stores the next time you come in.  These changes have been made to protect our patients and staff, in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Ontario Ministry of Health and the College of Opticians of Ontario. You will be asked a set of screening questions when booking an appointment, and/or when you come into the office.  The results of this questionnaire may require your appointment to be rescheduled.  You will also be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the store. Sanitizer will  be readily available throughout the store.

Due to the nature of the exceedingly close contact required to measure and to fit glasses, we ask that you wear a mask during the duration of your visit.  Our opticians will also be wearing appropriate personal protective equipment as recommended by the Ministry of Health, including masks, face shields, and gloves.  We also ask that you limit one accompanying person to your appointment, with the exception of parents or guardians for children under 18 years of age, or other essential visitors.
